Massage Services

  • A personalized massage experience designed to leave you feeling refreshed, renewed, and revived. Pressure may range from light to medium/firm as needed and may include gentle stretching.

  • Deep tissue massage does not mean pain. My deep tissue techniques encourage muscles to relax and release with slow, mindful movement and encourage whole body wellness. 60-minute treatments may only address 1-2 problem areas. For full body tissue, please book 120 minutes.

  • 45-75 minute side-lying massage for pre and post-natal care.

  • Compassionate, wellness massage designed to encourage circulation, relaxation, and overall wellbeing. Typically performed with the client comfortably resting in a chair or bed, but a table may be available if preferred.

  • Geriatric Massage

    • 30-minutes - $50

  • Pre/Postnatal Massage

    • 45-minutes - $75

    • 60-minutes - $100

    • 75-minutes - $110

  • Restorative & Deep Tissue Massage

    • 60-minutes - $100

    • 90-minutes - $120

    • 120-minutes - $140

Prepay for 3 or more appointments and save $10 off each. Prepaid appointments are non-refundable.

Save an additional $10 per appointment if you have your own massage table and linens.

Meet Your Licensed Massage Therapist

Megan began her path as a massage therapist while she was a yoga instructor in 2020. After several years of helping her students feel better in their bodies through guided yoga practice and hands-on adjustments, she felt drawn to the world of massage. She completed massage therapy training at Better Bodies Institute of Massage in Opelika, AL in 2024. She spent 2 years with Spavia Old Alabama Square and Highland Family Chiropractic in Marietta, GA as the lead massage therapist.

Since moving to Virginia Beach in 2026, Megan has created her private practice providing mobile massage therapy for a wide range of clients in the Virginia Beach area. She continues to grow her knowledge and expertise with the idea of providing holistic massage therapy in the comfort of a client’s home or office, making self-care accessible and easy.

When she’s not at the massage table, she enjoys being outside, traveling, gardening, and playing with her dogs.
