Massage Services
-
A personalized massage experience designed to leave you feeling refreshed, renewed, and revived. Pressure may range from light to medium/firm as needed and may include gentle stretching.
-
Deep tissue massage does not mean pain. My deep tissue techniques encourage muscles to relax and release with slow, mindful movement and encourage whole body wellness. 60-minute treatments may only address 1-2 problem areas. For full body tissue, please book 120 minutes.
-
45-75 minute side-lying massage for pre and post-natal care.
-
Compassionate, wellness massage designed to encourage circulation, relaxation, and overall wellbeing. Typically performed with the client comfortably resting in a chair or bed, but a table may be available if preferred.
